MY APPROACH

Person-centred, and collaborative.

My approach recognises that no single way of working suits everyone. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches depending on your needs, your preferences and what feels most helpful for you.

What that means in practice

You are the expert on your own life. I work alongside you, following your lead on pace, on direction and on what we look at first.

Everyone is unique, so I draw on a range of approaches to meet your needs. These are some of the main interventions I draw on.
